Too long queue

I wonder what people think about when they overtake in a queue in a shop or bank or wherever. It is very funny to watch them actually..how they pretend being invisible, or that nothing at all has happened..yeah yeah..sure.

I may sound rather picky, but I don't tolerate this kind of behaviour. I have no problems to start an argument with someone who tries to jump the queue just in front of me. And they usually give up (because I don't give up ;-), so I guess it is worth it.

i do violate queue rules on active camps, when i have to stand for food.. and in some countries you never get to the cashere if you dont intrude.. i guess its up to culture..
i personally like when i have to draw a number(ok, maybe difficult in supermarket) and sit somewhere and deal with my stuff and wait.. no standing, no intruding..

I understand that people are annoyed when someone is trying to jump a queue. Personally i find queues too much of a challenge sometimes, though. Think it might be some sort of competition instinct of getting first to the goal.

It's very nice to see things in life like that Jan. I would be very happy to do it, but actually I just get very angry when someone will jump in a long queue. Hey, what about the other people there? They aren't going anywere? Don't they have things to do? Maybe I am just an oldfashion person that gets anoyed easyly, but what can I do, I just try not to make a big deal out of it, not to make a scene in the queue. =)))))

Yes - people do have differnt reasons for violating the queue rules but in general - we all are going somewhere.
