Listening to myself..
On Monday, I had a teacher assistant training wich was being filmed. Mamma mia! It was so embarassing. But it felt like that for everyone there. So it felt a little bit better. It was such a fun to listen to myself and watch my behavior from outside. I just sounded like a "not very clever" little girl! Whaaaaaa! But now I know what mistakes I am inclined to make and what I can improve for the future when I'll be teaching kids ;-) Hug!

But seriously I like this perspective and I'd like very much to expereince myself.
It's a really good and enriching experience. I would almost compare it to that described by people who say that during clinical death they were hovering over their body. Spooky, but fascinating! Gives you the distance from yourself which is helpful and necessary at times.
aha, yes that I understand. From time to time it is important to have distance to oneself - for me as well - and it is very interesting to get to know about the ways of reaching this.
